The classic bouquet foliage: eucalyptus!
Choose from Baby Blue or Silver Dollar 4-pack.
Silver Dollar is the classic, branched and spaced variety with heart-shaped, leathery leaves. Baby Blue is a deeper color and has smaller, miniature leaves with less spacing. Both are great for different uses and both have amazing eucalyptus scent. Baby Blue tends to be a smaller plant.
Eucalyptus is a tender perennial in greenhouse conditions or an annual plant that should be harvested before autumn’s hard frost. Use eucalyptus in bouquets as a robust foliage, in aromatic arrangements, dried applications and wellness products.
Plant in full sun and well-draining soil. Pinch to branch. Space 12”-18” apart as an annual. Can reach up to 2-3’ tall. Begin harvest in late summer when branches have gotten substantial or risk stems wilting.
Pick-up on farm in Gardiner or can be included with Mother’s Day orders at the farm or Lagusta’s Café on 5/9. Please specify this in the notes at checkout.
